Flavors and aromas This IPA made several of our tasters intensely eager for the reveal. Big, forward dry-hop aromas are fresh and eager, with grassy orange and lemon components, but rather than a shift to potent bitterness, the hop flavor keeps coming. There is quiet, smooth malt, and soft, mild bitterness, but the focus here stays on the hop flavor to the end. A “perfect summer IPA,” claimed one taster, and no one seemed inclined to disagree.
