Overview We’ve tasted fairly mainstream beers from Bison Brewing, but their all-organic lineup of beers includes the eclectic Honey Basil Ale and popular winter seasonal Gingerbread Ale.

Flavors and aromas We liked Bison’s Organic IPA for its open, fresh aromas of citrusy hops and the fine balance struck between mellow bitterness and sweet grain flavors, which tilts in favor of the hops without being overwhelmed by them. Our tasters called this beer “very drinkable,” and what else can you ask for, really?
