Flavors and aromas Clearly aimed at the post-high-school set, Mickey’s has a sweet nose, a sweet aroma, and a sweet finish. There does seem to be some evidence of flavor hops, but bitterness is low, carbonation is high, and there’s a slight graininess to the palate that lingers into the finish and almost—almost—outweighs the sweet flavors.
