Overview Many ostensibly brut Proseccos have a strong touch of fruity sweetness to them, so you might think any extra dry version would be cloyingly sugary. Clearly, that’s not the case: this wine is a bit sweet and certainly fruity, but it never loses its balance. It would be a great party wine and even better as an accompaniment to Thai, Vietnamese, and Chinese food.
Nose Sweet apples and a flowery aroma make a convincing case for this sparkler.
Mouth More of the same here. Though it’s not a complex wine, it’s no less delicious for that.
