Overview In the constant quest for more in wine (more acid, more tannins, more fruit, etc.), it’s easy to overlook the value of a simple white wine that pleases rather than overwhelms. Vineyard 10 is exactly that wine, with restrained, almost faint aromas and flavors that are pleasant and clean. For geekier drinkers, the grape mix is interesting: it’s not often you find Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and unnamed other varieties in the same bottle. Whether you’re looking for something light enough to pair with simple white fish or just a porch-sipper, this wine should hit the spot.
