Overview We’re not the only ones to think this Malbec is special: it was awarded gold medals in both the “Councours Mondial de Bruxelles 2010” and the Vinus 2010 contest. While we’re generally skeptical about the utility of these contests, this time we’re pretty sure the judges got it right—it’s complex, balanced, and generally a superb wine for the price.

Nose Pepper, dried black fruit, cola, and earth are just a few of the aromas our blind tasters found.

Mouth There are herbs here, along with intense tannins that can be a bit off-putting but will make it a perfect partner for red meat.
