Overview Trivento’s website proclaims that “three winds rush over Mendoza land, leaving their mark in all of our wines.” Unfortunately, we’re still left with the burning question of who came up with that awful phrase. Their wine is significantly better than their advertising, thankfully. This bottle is herbal, fruity, and perfectly balanced—so maybe there is something to all that wind stuff.

Nose It’s distinctly herbal and complex, with an interesting aroma that is a bit chemical.

Mouth There are herbs and red fruit and a balanced, medium body. The finish is nice and long.
