Overview As the name implies, Parducci is committed to sustainable winemaking—though this seems to lead to major variations from vintage to vintage. This three-time winner was vegetal in our first edition, syrupy and fruity in our second, and this year it’s meaty and savory but still fruity. We can’t complain too much: this year’s effort might be the best of the bunch, and it’s nice to know you’re doing your part to support sustainable practices.

Nose Our blind tasters said it jumps out at you with plum, meaty aromas, and sweet spice.

Mouth Sweet spice and fruit dominate the taste profile, too, and there’s also a savory quality. Our blind tasters thought it tasted expensive.
