Family Pale Lager Style North American Lager
Country USA (OR) ABV 5.1%
Producer Full Sail
Price $ Packaging 11oz/325ml bottle
Characteristics Refreshing

Overview In an odd reversal of marketing, Session (a Full Sail product) is an all-malt lager marketed, essentially, as a cheap beer—or at least a beer to drink when you might have been otherwise inclined to drink a cheap beer.

Flavors and aromas Lemony hops lead off, with light malt and some cooked corn aromas. There’s good carbonation making this lively at first, but malt flavors are corn-like and somewhat flat in the mouth. Low bitterness fails to offer much support, and the finish has a cornflakes character to it. An average pale domestic lager.
