Overview Where last year’s Dancing Bull was packed full of berries and fruit, this one shows the other side of Cabernet: dense and vegetal, it’s an excellent food wine. We also recommend checking out the Dancing Bull website, which is so complex and filled with unexpected features that we felt like we were playing a video game. We can only imagine how cheap this wine would be if the producer didn’t have to pay for web development.

Nose It’s very green, with the smell of tomato vines and other growing things. There’s also a hint of clove in there.

Mouth There are still vegetables here, but spice takes over. It even reminded one blind taster of Christmas potpourri.
