Overview Stone Levitation Ale has the distinction of having the lowest alcohol content of any of the regular Stone Brewing offerings, coming in a full percent lower than Stone Pale Ale. They haven’t made any concession with hops, though.

Flavors and aromas There’s no mistaking the big citrus and resin notes of the nose for anything other than an American pale ale. But the light body prompted one taster to compare this to an English bitter brewed with American hops. Whatever the provenance, this went over well with our tasters, who were won over by this beer. Long lingering hop bitterness in the finish might challenge some drinkers, but we approve.
