Overview Full Sail Brewing Company takes pride in being employee-owned; that fact appears at the top of every bottle label. The brewery’s main facility is located on the Columbia River Gorge east of Portland, which is widely considered to be the windsurfing capital of the world.

Flavors and aromas Mild citrus and lemon peel hop aromas mingle with some fruity esters, giving this just a touch of a sweetened kid’s cereal quality in the nose. But the palate is unmistakably ale, with peppy carbonation and commingling malt and flavor hops. The bitterness is low, and can’t quite keep this from being caramel-malt sweet, but not so much as to make it cloying.
